Enter the required sensor parameters:
o
[Sensor name]: arbitrary label
o
[Sensor type]: IEPE (ICP) /Linedrive / voltage
o
[Quantity]: acceleration
o
[Offset]: sensor offset, numerical value
o
[Sensitivity]: sensor sensitivity numerical value
o
[Linear from ... to]: Range of linearity, interval limits
o
[Resonance Frequency]: sensor resonant frequency numerical value
Next, tap on BACK to return into the [Available sensors] menu. The newly created
sensor is automatically added to the list of available sensors.
Tap on BACK to return into the [Sensor] menu.
Using the default sensor
In the [Sensor] menu, the currently set default sensor is indicated under [Default
sensor]. If this function seems to be deactivated: [Select default accelerometer].
To activate the function or to select a different sensor, proceed as follows:
Tap on [Default sensor]. A sub-menu appears.
Activate the [Use default sensor] option as needed.
Select the desired sensor from the sensor list.
Click to apply the settings.
Notes
The set default sensor is only accepted for measurement tasks compatible
with the sensor type. For example, the VIBCODE sensor can only be used
for measurements at tagged measurement locations.
The set default sensor is not valid for measurement locations with per-
manently installed sensors.
If the default sensor is activated, appears in the status bar.
