Execute one of the following actions:
Tap if you are sure that the value is correct.
Tap [Strobe] if you would like to verify the level of confidence using the
stroboscope.

Details regarding the measurement using the stroboscope can be found in
section "RPM measurement using the stroboscope" on page 70.
4.4.2 Measurement on a production line
Line speed is an important parameter in production lines. Based on this value, the ro-
tational speed can be calculated at every measurement location if the kinematic con-
ditions within the production line are known.
Thus, the line speed must be known before starting a route.

If you reach a production line on a route, the following screen appears:
The measurement task for the line speed
is contained in the machine train list.
The respective value must be entered be-
fore starting the measurements.
Tap on the measurement task for the line speed . The number editor appears.
Enter the line speed. Observe the permissible interval limits.
Note
You must enter the line speed again, if you exit the route and resume it.
4.4.3 Manual input
Process parameters read on a display element or results of visual inspections must be
entered manually.
Execute one of the following actions:
Enter a numerical value via a numeric keyboard. Observe the permissible in-
terval limits.
In the case of visual inspections, select the respective result from the list.
