scroll with to the next measurement task.
A visual inspection can also be created under the Location hierarchy. The
respective measurement task appears then in the machine train list.
4.4.4 Measurement with triaxial sensor
The following measuring equipment is provided for vibration measurements on three
axes:

Sensor: Triax sensor, VIB 6.655
o
Cable: Sensor cable for Triax sensor, VIB5.237
Note
During route configuration in OMNITREND Center, make sure that the axial axis
matches the X-axis of the sensor.
Triax measurement location for 1-axis sensor
If you would like to perform the measurement using an 1-axis sensor, activate the default
sensor function and enter the available sensor. The Triax measurement location is divided
into three equivalent measurement locations:
Triax measurement location for Triax
sensor.
Triax measurement divided for 1-axis sensor.
The axes are orthogonal:
h: horizontal / a: axial / v: vertical
4.4.5 Temperature
The temperature at a measurement location cannot be directly recorded using
VIBSCANNER 2. It must be entered manually.
Measure the temperature using a suitable sensor
Enter the temperature value in VIBSCANNER 2.
