4.7.6 Documenting the event
Additional information about special events can be documented with every measurement
during data acquisition. Beyond that, the device stores measuring irregularities, such as
event incomplete, frequency band not in measuring range, etc.
Documenting event at a measurement location
Mark the respective measurement location in the machine image view.
Open the context menu.
Tap on [Event & comment]. A menu appears, where the following event lists can
be selected:

[PRÜFTECHNIK standard]
o
[Recent events].
If events have already been documented, call the event lists as follows:
Open the context menu.
Tap on [Add event].
Tap on an event list. A menu appears, where recently used events or the cat-
egories of PRÜFTECHNIK events are listed – depending on the previous selection.
Tap on the event category as needed (e.g. [Anti-friction bearing problem]).
Tap on the respective event in the list (e.g. [Anti-friction bearing replaced]).
Tap on BACK in the context line to return to the machine image view. Now, the
measurement location information icon contains an event mark (1).

Documenting event on a machine train (bookmark)
Events that are not documented at the measurement location level, are referred to as
[Bookmark].
Procedure
Navigate to the element, a bookmark should be created for (e.g., machine train).
Open the context menu.
Tap on [Bookmark]. A menu with the event lists appears (see the section above).
