Budget period
Period [begin date-end date]
If an account has no Budget, Budget and
Remaining budget fields show value 0.
For each group/subgroup:
• Group or subgroup name, + for each
account that consumed postage
during the period:
- Account number
- Account name
- Budget
- Remaining budget (= budget
– total postage value – total
surcharge)
Operator Activity Report
This report displays the activity (number of items, postage value) of all operators in
the machine in a selected period.
Requirements
• To generate this report, you have to be logged in as a supervisor.
• The account mode has to be 'Accounts with Access control'.
• You have to specify the period for the report (Begin date and an End date).
Default period:
• Begin = 1st day of the current month.
• End = current date.
