This command queries the modulation characteristics of an AM signal.

Measure an AM signal (CALCulate<n>:FEED).

Queries the average modulation index.
MPEak
Queries the minimum modulation index.
PPEak
Queries the maximum modulation index.
RMS
Queries the RMS value of the modulation index.
