4.5 Setup Menu Structure
The unit is delivered ex factory in a standard configuration and can consequently be used immediately
for verifying most bar codes with standard requirements. The REA ScanCheck 3n also has adjustment
menus for extensive individual settings of all unit parameters, however. All adjustment functions can be
called up by pressing the <Setup> button. If the REA ScanCheck 3n is operated with the optionally
available PC software REA TransWin32, the complete configuration can also be made from the PC via
corresponding windows and also saved in the future as a complete preset profile in a profile manager
or called up from there.
4.6 Setup Main Menu "Configuration" with 6 Sub-Menus
The start screen for the Setup menu is displayed after pressing the
<Setup> button.
In the current version, 6 different menu items are shown for
selection. The menu items selected with the cursor/arrow buttons
are highlighted in color. The selection can be moved up and down
by pressing the arrow buttons.
All menu items each have additional sub-menus for the
corresponding settings. Each sub-menu can in turn be selected by
activating the desired menu with the arrow buttons and selecting
with the <OK Enter> button.
The number button can also be activated directly with the number
in front of the desired menu item. The program then jumps
immediately to the corresponding sub-menu window.

4.6.1 Setup Sub-Menu 1 - Measurement Archive
This archive shows the listing of all measurement results previously saved in the unit.
The saved measurement reports are saved on an internal, reset- proof MMC memory card with
a capacity of 512 MB.
A measurement report can be selected by positioning the color highlighting on the desired file with the
arrow buttons and then pressing the <OK Enter> button.
All listed files can be selected with <Select all>.
All listed files can be set back to not selected with <Select none>.
Depending on the selected preset for the print output, the selected measurement report is either sent
to the interface for the REA TD-GPT-U report printer by pressing the buttons
