The Code type search individual selection enables the compilation of a code type list as the user
individually desires it. It includes the automatic recognition of all individually compiled code types.
The existing code selection is accepted by selecting <OK>.
By selecting <Continue>, the list of preset code types and parameters is displayed and can be
changed. The compilation of this list upon delivery is identical to the default setting and can be
changed by the user at any time.
The single code search selection enables the selection of a single code family or a single code type.
This ensures that only the one activated code is verified and evaluated. All other codes produce an
error message.
The existing code selection is accepted by selecting <OK>.
By selecting <Continue>, the list of available code types is displayed.
In the case of all code types that are not selected, the verification unit produces the error: "Not
decodable."
The "single code search" operating mode must be used for verification of code types that may not be
decoded in combination together with other code types.
This the case for the following codes, for example: "Mini Pharma Code“ and "Pharma Code“.
The "single code search" is recommended for the code type "Stacked GS1 DataBar Code."
Settings in the User Search menu do not change any settings in the other two selection menus.
When decoding all other non-selected code types, the unit produces this error message upon a
verification: "Not decodable."
