Size: is the size indication in %. This specification is only used for EAN/UPC bar code
symbologies (EAN-13, UPC-A, EAN-8, UPC-E).
MF: Magnification factor. These specifications are used only for GS1-128 and ITF-14 Code.
CPI: Characters per inch These specifications are seldom used and have only informative
character.
Size, MF and CPI are calculated from the measurement value Z-module.
Attention:
Verification of the code sizes is only carried out in the case of code types in which size determinations
are made in the specifications. Some standard symbologies, such as Code 2/5i, Code 39 and
Code 128, have no such restrictions.
Code Comparison:
Is an optional expansion of the standard software package. With the Code Comparison function, the
code content of a code to be verified can be compared with the code content information entered here.
Only the code content is compared, not the code symbology.
