CAUTION: Before installing a new laser optics housing unit, remove the sponge
padding and the tag from the new unit.
Steps 1 through 4 refer to the
procedure for a newly supplied unit
that replaces the old one.
1. Top cover of the laser optics
housing unit [A] (! x 4)
2. Sponge padding [B]
3. Tag [C]
4. Reinstall the top cover.
5. Rear cover (☛ 3.3)
6. Upper rear cover (☛ 3.3)
7. Paper exit tray (☛ 3.3)
8. Right cover (☛ 3.3)
9. Securing screws for the toner
supply unit [D] (! x 4)
10. Securing screws for the laser
optics housing unit [E]
