Cause
Software bugs causing failure in the LCT paper feed controls
Problem occurrence conditions
The problem occurs on Taurus-C1b and Taurus-P1 75ppm machines when all of the
following 3 conditions are met. The problem will not occur on the Taurus-C1a 65ppm
machine.
z SP1004-003 is "2 or greater". （-5~1:OK, 2~5: NG)
z Paper length of 216 mm or shorter in sub scan (feed) direction
z Feeding from tray 3, 4, 5, or 6

Temporary Solution
Set SP1004-003 to a value "smaller than 2" until fixed firmware is available.
Permanent Solution
Bug fix
Fixed firmware will be available at the end of January 2012.
