Symptom
Paper jams at PTR entrance
Cause
Among the 3 Mylars attached to the PTR entrance guide plate, the bottom Mylar wears
over time. The leading edge of the paper interferes with the damaged area of this bottom
Mylar, resulting in paper jams. (Please see the following page for details.)
