2-3. New Doctor Blade - D0742303
The position of the magnetic plate on the doctor blade was changed in this modification.
Modification purpose
To reduce the chances of generating the image quality issue known as “in-track lines”
caused by toner accumulation at the tip of the magnetic plate
Modification details
The magnetic plate was attached lower against the doctor blade so that its tip reaches
closer to the development roller than that of the doctor blade, which prevents toner from
accumulating.
