A rigid connection between the lifting columns
aligns them to the same height.
Height differences as a result of unevenness in
the floor or due to manufacturing tolerances can
lead to distortions when screwing the connecting
construction to the lifting columns.
Offsetting height differences:

If the lifting columns are not positioned parallel to
each other, the distance between the two upper
fastening points changes during the movement.
Make sure that the lifting columns are aligned parallel to each
other.
