3.3.3 Adapter bars

The adapter bars (Fig. 9/1) are used as a fastening aid, for
example, for cross struts (Fig. 9/2) which are used between two
lifting columns (with milled slot or internal carriage, Fig. 3/B + C Ä
page85).
An inserted cross strut increases the stability of two lifting columns.

The adjuster plates (Fig. 10) are used to reduce distortions on
over-determined lifting column systems or lifting columns which are
not optimally aligned parallel.
The horizontal compensation in the Z axis provided by the RK
SyncFlex H (Fig. 10/A) enables the freedom of movement required
when moving the lifting columns.
The vertical compensation around the X/Y axes provided by the
RK SyncFlex V (Fig. 10/B) enables the lifting columns to be
aligned parallel.
