Reset Sweep - RF Level
Sweep
Resets the sweep. The start level is set and the next sweep starts
from there.
Remote-control command:
SWE:RES:ALL
Execute Single Sweep - RF
Level Sweep
Triggers the sweep manually. A manual sweep can only be triggered if
Mode Single is selected.
Remote-control commands:
SOUR:SWE:POW:MODE AUTO
TRIG:PSW:SOUR SING
SOUR:POW:MODE SWE
SOUR:SWE:POW:EXEC
The sweep range, sweep spacing and dwell time are set in the bottom section.
Start Level - RF Level
Sweep
Sets the start level.
Remote-control command:
SOUR:POW:STAR -100
Stop Level – RF Level
Sweep
Sets the stop level.
Remote-control command:
SOUR:POW:STOP -10
Current Level - RF Level
Sweep
Displays the current level.
If Step is set, the level for the next level step of the sweep is entered
here.
Remote-control command:
SOUR:POW:MAN -30
Step - RF Level Sweep
Sets the step width for the individual sweep steps. This entry is
effective for all sweep modes.
With the level sweep, the logarithmic step width is a constant fraction
of the current level. This fraction is added to the current level. The
logarithmic step width is entered in dB.
Remote-control command:
SOUR:SWE:POW:STEP 3
Dwell Time - RF Level
Sweep
Enters the dwell time. The dwell time determines the duration of the
individual sweep steps.
Note:
It is recommended to switch off the GUI update for optimum sweep
performance especially with short dwell times.
Remote-control command:
SOUR:SWE:POW:DWEL 10ms
