Why is the effect not applied on my Roland Jupiter-50?
First, check the on/off setting of each effect. Then, ensure each layer’s Output Assign is set to 'MFX'. Finally, confirm that the send level to each effect is not set to 0. The effect won’t be obtained if the send level to that effect is set at 0. Even if the send levels to the effect are set above 0, the effect won’t be applied if the multi-effect output level, or reverb level are set to 0. Check each of these settings.

Why does changing the tempo not affect the arpeggio tempo or delay time on my Roland Synthesizer?
If the system setting 'USB Song Sync Mode' has been set to 'SLAVE,' change the tempo of the external device that is transmitting MIDI clock data. If 'Sync Mode' is set to 'SLAVE.'
