The system uses a backup heater to reach the minimum water temperature (15°C). Check that the backup heater power supply is correct, the thermal fuse is closed, the thermal protector isn't activated, and the contactors aren't broken.

  If your Rotex Heat Pump is on but not heating or cooling as expected, the water flow might be too low. To resolve this: * Ensure all shut-off valves in the water circuit are fully open. * Check and clean the water filter if necessary. * Purge any air from the system. * Verify sufficient water pressure (above 1 bar when the water is cold). * Set the pump speed to the highest setting. * Check the expansion vessel is in working order. * Ensure the resistance in the water circuit isn't too high for the pump.
