Initial Installation
CAUTION
Line Blockage
When connecting the connectivity cell, it is essential to ensure that the
tubing line protruding from the male connector on the tubing set is carefully
inserted into the female connector of the connectivity cell. Otherwise, the
line may become blocked, leading to incorrect measurement results!
The lines for buffers, standards, sampling probe and waste are premounted
and packaged in foil bags. It is recommended to only open these after the
tubing set has been attached to the device in order to facilitate handling.
t Before you start attaching, remove the two empty cassettes on the pump
slots. The empty cassettes can be reused as transport protection for the
motor axle.
NOTICE
Only use tubing from the prefabricated original tubing set. To ensure that all
solutions flow freely, never allow tubing segments to be crushed or kinked.
NOTICE
Make sure that the valve tubes are firmly seated in their pinch valves in order
to ensure that the tubing can be opened and closed without problems.
