Maintenance Intervals
The single arm pantograph requires a minimum of maintenance.
The required maintenance is influenced by the environmental and operational
conditions, so the operator has accordingly to adapt.
Interval 1 – Every Week (max. 7000 km)
• Checkup
o Sliding strips and horns for damage and wear ( Chapter #11.4.3.1.)
Replace sliding strips if necessary ( Chapter #11.5.3.1).
o Check static contact force after replacement of components ( Chapter #14.8).
Interval 2 – Every Month (max. 21.000 km)
• Checkup
o Pantograph for obviously damaged components.
o Check static contact force after replacement of components ( Chapter #14.8).
