5 Compare the theoretical speed of sound with the speed of sound measured with the
FLOWSIC600-XT.
The deviation of the measured SOS from the calculated SOS is shown for each path in
the “Deviations per Path” area, → Fig. 49.

6 The deviation between the two speeds of sound should be less than ±0.1%.
If the deviation exceeds 0.3%: Check the plausibility of the pressure, temperature and
gas composition values.
