• The 3D model maps multiple side-by-side or touching objects.
• If the objects can be accurately distinguished from one another in the model (see
measurement conditions), the SIM2000-2 Prime controller calculates the dimensional
values for each identified object.

• If only one object is detected in the 3D model, the SIM2000-2 Prime controller
calculates the smallest enveloping cuboid for the singulated object and uses this
cuboid to derive the dimensional values.
• If multiple objects are detected in the 3D model, the number of detected objects is
determined.
• The dimensional values for the detected objects cannot be calculated.
