Cable routing for signal cables to SMC10/20/30 Sensor Module

1.
Feed the cable for the customer terminal block into the cabinet from the bottom left.
2.
Remove about 1.18 inch (3 cm) of the insulation at the level of the shield plate in the
lower part of the cabinet and attach the cable there.
3.
To secure the cable in accordance with EMC requirements, snap the clip onto the shield
plate.
4.
Use cable ties to secure the cable at suitable points.
5.
Guide the cable further up into the cabinet and, when i
t reaches the SMC10/20/30 Sensor
Module (-B81/-B82/-B83), guide it to the right to the Sensor Module. When doing so,
route the cable in a similar manner to the standard cables that have already been
installed in the cabinet.
6.
Use cable ties to secure the cable at suitable points.
7.
Connect the cable to the SMC10/20/30 Sensor Module (-B81/-B82/-B83).
