17.20 Pressure Calibration Verification
a) Check the CPAP pressure settings in CPAP mode at the following settings:
PIP 30 mbar
b) Check the pressure settings and wave shapes in CMV mode at the following
settings:
BPM 25
Insp time 1.5 seconds
PEEP 0
c) Check the mean pressure reading and wave shapes in HFO mode at the
following settings:
Rate set to 5Hz
Mean set to zero
Check list Item 17.
Warning: Re-charge the ventilator batteries for a minimum of 24 hours after
a full calibration procedure.
