34.9 Modification 2 (MOD2)
Modification 2 (MOD2) consist of the addition of two 1nF capacitors to the JP4 connector of
the control monitor board.
Step 28 Take the Control/Monitor board
and turn it over and locate the JP4
connector.
Step 29 Solder the first capacitor between
pins 1 and 2.
Step 30 Solder the second capacitor
between pins 3 and 4.
Step 31 Place the control and monitor to
one side observing ESD
precautions.
Step 32 Modification 2 (MOD2) complete.
