Fit the two plugs to the inlet and outlet ports of the oxygen volume chamber.
Refit the base plate as described in the service manual.
Carry out the Controller blender pressure sensor zeroing and input pressure regulator
trim section of the calibration procedure.
Carry out a full functional test.
Apply the modification label supplied with the kit in the position shown. Ensure that the letter
A is crossed out.
If the ventilator already carries a serial number label with a modification bar, cross out the
letter A on that label. There is no requirement to add the new mod label.
Modification complete.
Note: The plug must be
fitted with the groove
facing the rear of the
ventilator.
Fit plugs supplied in kit to
inlet and outlet.
