3.8.2 Measurement using probes
WARNING
During measurements of insulation resistance, dangerous voltage up to 1 kV
occurs at the ends of test leads of the meter.
It is forbidden to disconnect test leads before the measurement is completed.
Failure to obey the above instruction will lead to electric shock with high volt-
age and make it impossible to discharge the tested object.
Select item R
ISO
to call up the
measurement menu.
Connect the probes to the meter.
Enter the measurement settings in accordance with section 3.8.1
Connect test leads according to
the drawing.
Press and hold the START but-
ton.
The measurement is performed
continuously when the START is
held in the pressed position.
In order to interrupt the meas-
urement, press START.
