Notes:
• Calculating VO2 and VO2I requires a CO value to complete the calculations.
The most recent CO value (less than 15 minutes old) is used for these
calculations, if it is available.
• If SvO2 is not available, ScVO2 is used if it is available. When the substitution
occurs, the following message shows: Warning ScVO2 has been substituted
for SvO2.
