When the activity of weighing device sensor ranges within 10mm~0mm , parameter

Step 1, based on the actual activity scope of the device, set a correct data in 10~60 by F41;
Step 2, have lift car no-loaded, set F41 to 1, the weighing device carries out no-load self study.
After the self study completes successfully, F41 displays 1; Step 3, have lift car full-loaded, set
F41 to 2, the weighing device carries out full-load self study. After the self study completes
successfully, F41 displays 1. After these three steps, the self study of the weighing device ends.
Then, confirm whether the compensation direction is correct: if the increase of F72 may
reduce the downward impact oscillation of the lift car at start (slipping back when start upward or
rushing when start downward), it means the compensation direction is correct; otherwise, it means
the compensation direction is wrong. If wrong, change the value of Parameter F229 (from 0 to 1,
or from 1 to 0)
After compensation affirmed,parameter F70-75 can be modified
1. Set F40 value according to the elevator‘s coefficient
2. Adjust full load start comfort
Stop the elevator at the ground floor,inspection up,if slip down,increase F72;if slip up,
decrease F72.
Stop the elevator between ground floor and the second floor, inspection down,if slip
down,increase F73;if slip up,decrease F73.
Stop the elevator at the top floor,inspection down,if slip down,increase F75;if slip up,
decrease F75.
3.Adjust No-load comfort
Stop the elevator at the ground floor,inspection up,if slip down,increase F70;if slip up,
decrease F70.
Stop the elevator between ground floor and the second floor, inspection down,if slip
down,increase F71;if slip up,decrease F71.
Stop the elevator at the top floor,inspection down,if slip down,increase F75;if slip up,
decrease F74.
4.Generally, there is no need adjusting F74 and F75(only when floor is too high or there is a
weighing device at bottom and the value is deferent from the value at top)
8.10.2 Use of non-DTZZ-III-DC-SC weighing device (F164 set to
1, 2, 5 or 6) to compensate or adjust the start
When non-DTZZ-III-DC-SC model weighing device is chosen, its weighing data is sent to
the control system in AS380 series AIO via CAN communications or analog signal input port. The
