The so-called ―incomplete‖ means that split of down call is not complete too in the first case
above. If the down call of the elevator that can go to underground floor is pressed down, indicating
passengers heading to underground floor, so the call is split; only lights the down call button of
elevator which could go down to underground floor, and the system only assigns the elevator who
can go under to go to underground floor to give a response. If down call of the elevator that cannot
go to underground floor is pressed down, indicating passengers not going to underground floor, so
the call is not split, the down call buttons of all elevators light, and the system may assign any
elevator to respond. This also applies to the second case above (several elevators can go to upper
floors, but another ones can not), but incomplete split is just made for up call. For the third case,
both up call and down call use incomplete split; namely, the aforesaid 2 cases are combined. After
incomplete split method is used, when a passenger wants to reach the floor where some elevators
in group control do not stop, only the call button of elevator could parking at each floor is pressed
down. Or else, press the call button of other elevators to enable all elevators in group control to
join in service. In this way, the desired elevator could be called to a certainty, the elevator transfer
problem in common group control system is avoided, at the same time the system efficiency is
exerted to the full extent.
c) Setting method:
In order to activate partially incomplete split function, it is necessary to firstly set the group
split mode parameter in the group control board as corresponding 1 or 2 or 3 depending on above
three cases, and then set elevators could parking at every floor into group ―Y‖ and others into
group ―X‖. Finally, be sure to switch on the group split input contact (JP4.19) on the group control
board.
6.6.4 Input of Call Button Signal and Control of Call Button
Light
In normal situation, the elevator control cabinet is powered on, the transfer relay is closed,
and SM-01 is connected to SM.GC/C through communication line. SM-04 sends the button signal
to SM-01, and SM-01 sends the button signal to SM.GC/C for processing through another CAN
port (CAN1). SM.GC/C sends the processed button lighting signal to SM-01, then SM-01 sends
the signal through CAN port to SM-04, and finally SM-04 controls ON/OFF of button light
depending on the received signal. If the control cabinet of an elevator is powered off, the normally
closed contact point of the transfer relay within the control cabinet will connect the CAN
communication line of SM.GC/C and SM-04, and SM.GC/C can communicate directly with
SM-04. In another word, SM.GC/C can receive the button contact signal from SM-04 and send
lighting signal to SM-04 directly.
6.6.5 General Principle of Overall Deploy
In group control system, SM-GC/C generally processes the registration and cancel of call
signal. According the following deploy principles introduced, SM-GC/C will dynamically
calculate the penalty score for each elevator to respond the call button signal from each floor and
dispatch real-time each button to the elevator which has best response condition. Once any call is
