 Button Startup:Regardlessofwhetherthegasrecontrolsystemisin"automatic"or"manual"state,
pressing the emergency start button triggers an audible and visual alarm in the protection zone, releases
accesscontrol,turnsoairconditioning,revalves,andnewfans,andcutsonon-repowersupply.
After a delay of 30 seconds, the corresponding active extinguishing agent bottle group is started, driving
thepassiveextinguishingagentbottlegroup,andinitiatingthesprayingofthereextinguishingagent.
The vent indicator above the door lights up, and the audible and visual alarm activates.
 Mechanical Emergency Manual: Mechanical emergency activation is manually performed in the cylin-
der room.
 Gas Extinguishing System Stop Spraying: Pressing the emergency stop button within 30 seconds of
thesystem'sstartdelaystopstheoperationofthegasreextinguishingsystem.
Fire Control Linkage Logic:
 Fire Extinguishing System in "Automatic" Start State:Ifoneprobedetectsare,thealarmbell
sounds in the protection zone, and access control is released. If both smoke and temperature probes
detectaresimultaneously,asoundandlightalarmactivatesintheprotectionzone.Airconditioning,
revalves,andnewfansareturnedo,alongwithnon-repowersupplysourceslikelighting.Aftera
delayof30seconds,thereextinguishingagentbottlegroupisstarted,andthereextinguishingagent
is sprayed.
 Regardlessofwhetherthereextinguishingsystemisin"manual"or"automatic"startstate,pressing
theemergencystartbuttontriggersasoundandlightalarmintheprotectionzone,turnsoaircondi-
tioning,revalves,andnewfans,andcutsonon-repowersupply.Afteradelayof30seconds,there
extinguishingagentbottlesetisactivated,andthereextinguishingagentissprayed.
 Pressing the emergency stop button within 30 seconds of the system's start delay stops the operation of
thereextinguishingsystem.

Installation of pipe support and hanger shall comply with the following provisions:

 Bushing Installation: Bushing should be installed at the points where the pipe passes through the wall
andoor.Thenominaldiameterofthebushingshouldbeatleasttwosizeslargerthanthenominal
diameter of the pipe. This ensures adequate space for the pipe to pass through and allows for future
maintenanceormodications.
 Bushing Length: The length of the bushing through the wall should be equal to the thickness of the wall.
Thisprovidesasecureandushtbetweenthepipeandthewall,maintainingtheintegrityofthere
barrier.Similarly,thelengthofthebushingthroughtheoorshouldextend50mmabovetheoorlevel.
Thisadditionalheighthelpsaccommodateanyoornishesorpotentialvariationsintheoorlevel.
 Fireproof Sealing:Tomaintainreresistanceandpreventthespreadofreorsmoke,thegapbetween
thepipeandthebushing/casingshouldbelledwithareproofsealingmaterial.Thisensuresthatthe
penetrationiseectivelysealed,preventingthepassageofames,heat,orgases.Thereproofsealing
materialhelpsmaintainthereintegrityofthewalloroorandensurescompliancewithresafety
regulations.
