Neighbor
Clicking the NEIGHBOR tab brings up the OSPF NEIGHBOR CONFIGURATION page
(Figure 5-118), which allows you to configure OSPF neighbors. The parameters for this
page are shown in Table 5-99.
Transit Delay
This parameter indicates the estimated number of seconds to transmit a link
state update packet over the interface. The allowed value ranges between 0 and
3600. The default value is 1 second.
Retransit Interval
This parameter indicates the number of seconds between the link-state
advertisement retransmissions, for adjacencies belonging to the interface. . The
allowed value ranges between 0 and 3600. The default value is 5.

Neighbor IP Address This parameter specifies the neighbor router ID.
Priority This parameter specifies a number value for the router priority.
