6. Align the oil hole in the 2nd gear bu shing with
the
oi l hole in the shaft (Figure 56) and slide on
the bushing. This alignment is ne cessary for proper
oit
flo w,
7. Slide on the 2n d gear (.' igure 57).
8. Slide on the thrust washer (Figure 58) and
install the circlip (F
igur e 59),
9. Slide on the 3rd gear (Figure 60) and the thrust
washer
(F igure 61 ).
10. Slide on the 1st gear bushing (Figure 62) and
the
151 gear (.' igure 63).
11. In slall the thrust washer (Figure 64).
1 2. Refer to Figure 65 for correct pla ce mcm of
all gcars. Mak e sure all ci r cJips are scaled co rrectly
in the mainsha ft gr ooves.
1 3. Make sure each gear engages properly to the
ad joining gcar where applicable.
