Suzuki LS650 Savage - Charcoal Canister Removal;Installation; Evaporation Hose Routing

Make sure a ll hose clamps are tight. Check all
hoses
fo r deterioration and replace as necessary.
When removing the hoses from any component
in the sys tem. mark each hose and the fining with
a piece of masking
tape and id entify where the ho se
goes. There are so many vacuum hoses on these
models that reco
nn ecting the hoses can be very
confusing.

The charcoal canister is located just forward of
the rear wheel. Refer
to fig ur e 71 and Figure 72
for canist er hose routing.
I. Remove the seat as described in Chapter
Twelve.
