Assembly
1.
On non-seal
ed
bearings. pack the bearings with
a good-quality bearing grease.
Work
the grease
in
between the balls thoroughly; turn the bearing
by
hand a couple
of
times
to
make sure the grease is
distributed evenly inside the bearing.

Tighten the bearing installer (Figure
12
) and
pull the bearing into the hub until it
is
com
pl
etely seated (8. Figure 8). Remove the
bearing
in
staller.
d. Turn the wheel over (rig
ht
-hand side up) on
the workbench and install the distance
collar.

Setthc
bearing with the scaled side facing out
and
install the bearing installer as shown
in
Figure
13
