the stopper ri

in the groove in the fo rk sl ider.
II. Insta ll the dust seal (Figure 86) into the slider.
Press it in until it is completely seated.
12 . Remove the fork cap bolt. spacer. spring seal
and the
fo rk spring from the fo rk assembly.

SAE 15W fork oil to the fork assembl y.
15. Hold the fork assembly as close to vertical as

gauge (pan No. 09943-74111). or equivalent (Figure
87). to achieve the correci o
il level of75 mm (2.95
in.).
