7-50 CHASSIS
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” to the O-rings and brake
camshaft.
• Install the new O-rings and brake camshaft to the anchor
panel.
 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (USA)
99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (Others)

• Install the washer 1.
• Install the spring 2 with the spring end hocked to the hole on
the brake panel.
• Install the brake cam lever 3 to the brake camshaft 4.
• Align the pounched mark A on the brake cam lever with the
slit B on the brake camshaft 4.
• Tighten the cam lever nut to the specified torque.
 Cam lever nut: 11 N·m (1.1 kgf-m, 8.0 lb-ft)
• Install the new O-ring 5 onto the rear brake panel.

• Install the brake panel to the rear axle housing.
• Tighten the brake panel nuts to the specified torque.
 Brake panel nut: 60 N·m (6.0 kgf-m, 43.5 lb-ft)
• Connect the brake breather hose 6.
NOTE:
Make sure that the O-ring must be fitted into the groove on the
brake panel sucurely.
O-ring should be replaced with new ones.
O-ring must be replaced with a new one.
