7.2 Running a Quality Check
The Quality Check (QC) procedure will guide the user through the Quality Check of
CyFlow™ Ploidy Analyser with certain reagents

7.3 Performing a measurement (Sample Port)
Sample Preparation
High particle concentrations might clog the device.
• Dilute or filter sample if necessary
• Mix sample well before analysis
Refer to specific measurement procedures in the respective assay and
reagent labelling for detailed descriptions.
Different measure modes are available for data acquisition. For more information, please
refer to chapter 13 Software.

The start and stop electrode are used to measure a defined
volume of 200 µl
A preset volume is analyzed
The complete sample is analyzed (default setting)
The sample is analyzed until a preset number of particles
within an specified region is reached
