Cleaning Cycles
The different measure modes handle the cleaning differently
• [Analyze all] and [VC Electrodes] include an automatic cleaning cycle after
sample acquisition. The cleaning cycle will not start, if the measurement is
terminated with the [End] button.
• [VC of Volume] and [Cells in Region] do NOT include an automatic
cleaning cycle after sample acquisition. Intermediate cleaning is required.
Empty Sample Tube
The sample analysis automatically stops when the sample tube is empty,
even if the selected end criterion is not yet reached.
Measure Mode allows the selection of different start and end criteria for the measurement.

Sample Volume
Sample tubes should always contain an additional sample volume (dead
volume) of 50 μl.
