11.4.1 Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance is part of the Technical service responsibilities. To ensure a
secure and adequate functional condition of your device, please contact your local
Sysmex representative.
Preventive maintenance must be realised by Authorised service personnel of Sysmex
only.
11.4.2 Defective device
Treatment of defective devices can be realised at the installation site or at Sysmex
localities. How to deal with the defective device is determined by how severe the errors
are.
