1.3 INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY
WARNING
Periodically confirm that the cable is undamaged.
DANGER
The power feed must be grounded . If it has not been grounded already, it must
be by an electrician before hookup to the equipment.
1.3.5 Power hookup to another equipment or device
The characteristics of Top 600 allow two
equipments to be connected together.
Use the standard serial cable to connect the
two equipments. Insert the plugs in the
special sockets (close to the sockets for the
main power supply).
WARNING
Top 600 can only be connected to another equipment of the same type, that is to
say to another Top 600. The auxiliary inlet socket must not be used for other
purposes. Safety requires that you ensure that the grounded current on the main
power cord does not exceed 500 µA.
