The External ClocK (EXT CLK) input connector provides a
TTL compatible input for external clock signals to the
storage acquisition circuit of the 2212.
If you want to use the 2212 with an external clock signal(in
Store mode), set the SEC/DIV switch to one of the two
EXT CLK positions (as indicated in the crt readout):
- EXT CLK RECORD position for the RECORD mode.
- EXT CLK ROLL position for the ROLL mode.
Samples are clocked on the falling edges.
The maximum input frequency is 10 MHz in RECORD mode
and 4 kHz in ROLL mode.
