Set up the measurements in Clarius
This section describes how to set up the 4200A-SCS to make I-V, C-V, and pulsed I-V measurements
on a diode. You will create a new project and add a test to the project tree for each
measurement type.
For this example, you use the Clarius application to:
• Create a new project
• Add a device
• Search for and select existing tests in the Test Library
• Configure the tests
• Run the tests
• View and analyze the test results
Create a new project
To create a new project:
1. Choose Select.
2. In the Library, select Projects.
3. Select New Project.
4. Select Create.
