Voltage Spot Mean High
Makes voltage measurements on the amplitude. Available when the Test Mode is set to Pulse IV.
The following figure shows an example of a spot mean measurement on pulse high (amplitude) and
pulse low (base level). For a more detailed example, refer to Test Mode (PMU) (on page 3-16
).

Voltage Spot Mean Low
Makes voltage measurements on the base level. Available when the Test Mode is set to Pulse IV.

Voltage Sample Waveform
Makes voltage measurements on the waveform. Available when the Test Mode is set to
Waveform Capture.
Report Timestamps
Available when the Test Mode is set to Waveform Capture. When Report Timestamps is enabled,
each measurement includes a timestamp and the waveform is graphed (voltage/current versus time)
in the Analyze graph.
