CALibrate:INTERNal
This command starts the internal signal path calibration (SPC) of the instrument.
You can use the CALibrate:INTERNal:STATus? query to return the current
status of the internal signal path calibration of the instrument.
CALibrate:INTERNal
CALIBRATE:INTERNal
This command starts the internal signal path calibration of the instrument.
CALibrate:INTERNal:STARt
This command starts the internal signal path calibration (SPC) of the instrument.
This command is the same as the CALibrate:INTERNal command. You can use
the CALibrate:INTERNal:STATus? query to return the current status of the
internal signal path calibration of the instrument.
CALibrate:INTERNal:STARt
CALIBRATE:INTERNal:STARt
This command starts the internal signal path calibration of the instrument.
CALibrate:INTERNal:STATus?
This query-only command returns the current status of the instrument internal
signal path calibration for the last SPC operation.
CALibrate:INTERNal:STATus?
This query will return one of the following:
H INIT indicating that the instrument has not had the internal signal path
calibration run
H PASS indicating that the signal path calibration completed successfully
H FAIL indicating that the signal path calibration did not complete successfully
H WARMUP indicating that the instrument has not warmed up for the required
time to perform signal path calibration
