COSTURA CON PUNTADA SIMPLE
ZIGZAG
PRENSATELAS - UNIVERSAL
ZIGZAG es otra de las puntadas básicas de la máquinas de coser. Se utiliza en costura
de bordes, confección de botones, ojales, también para bordado y puntadas de raso
decorativas (zigzag muy concentrado). Utilice un prensatelas universal o un pie especial
(para botones, ojales, puntadas de raso, bordado etc.)
PUNTADA TRIPLE (ZIGZAG ELÁSTICO) se utiliza en el acabado de bordes de tejidos
elásticos (p. ej. bañadores de licra) o en tejidos que tienden a arrugarse tras la puntada.
Esta puntada se contrae junto con el tejido. Es igualmente excelente para el zurcido y
arreglo de rasgaduras y costura de elásticos. Dirija la puntada sobre el borde del tejido y,
a continuación recorte el trozo de tela sobrante. Utilice un pie prensatelas universal o un
pie especial para zigzag.

Overlock stitch
This type of stitch is used on the seam allowance to prevent fabrics from fraying at raw edges.
Overedge stitch
Overedge stitch will be done most successfuly when the right side stitches of zigzag fall
slightly off the edge of the fabric.
