CAUTION: Switch o the machine and unplug the power supply before
making below acitivies.
1. OILING THE NEEDLE BAR
Remove the face cover . Apply a
few drops of ne quality sewing
machine oil to the point indicated
by the arrows in the gures. For
machine in constant use, oil two
or three times a year. In case the
machine does not work smoothly
due to standing idle for some time,
apply a few drops of kerosene
at the oiling point, and turn the
machine rapidly for a minute.
Before oiling, wipe o oiling
points.
2. OILING THE CONNECTING ROD
Loosen the screws and remove
upper cover. Apply a few drops
of the machine oil to the point
indicated by the arrows in the
gures.
