ENGINE REASSEMBLY
INSTALLING GENERATOR AND STUB SHAFT
1. Insert two sleeves

2. Insert the distance washer

3. Hold the stator

in position.

5 mm: Install four bolts

according to the
specification Other bolts M6 medium
strength thread locker. (See section D
Tightening torques und assembly instructions.)
5. Hold the stub shaft

in position.
6. Slide on the rotor

7. Replace six bolts
7
.
8.
7 mm: Screw in six bolts lightly. Do not
tighten.
9. Hold the crankshaft locking tool

on rotor in
position.
10.
8 mm: Install the bolt

and washer.
11.
7 mm: Install six bolts
8
according to the
specification Other bolts M10x1 rotor/
crankshaft. (See section D Tightening torques
und assembly instructions.)
