Theagitationthrottlevalveisusedtoreducetheowavailable
fortheagitationcircuit.Itprovidesadditionalowforthe
boomsections.
Operation
Calibratingthe
Boom-Section-BypassValves
Note:Beforeusingthesprayerforthersttime,ifyou
changethenozzles,orasneeded,calibratethesprayerow,
speed,andboombypass.
Selectanopenatareatoperformthisprocedure.
1.Fillthespraytankhalfwaywithcleanwater.
2.Lowerthesprayerbooms.
3.MovetherangeselectortotheNEUTRALpositionand
settheparkingbrake.
4.Setthe3boomswitchestotheONposition,butleave
themaster-boomswitchoff.
5.SetthepumpswitchtotheONposition,andturnon
theagitation.
6.Pressdownontheacceleratorpedaluntilyoureachthe
maximumenginespeed,andtogglethethrottlelock
switchtotheONposition.
7.OntheInfoCenter,navigatetotheCalibrationmenu
andselectTestSpeed.
Note:SelectingtheHomeScreeniconatanytime
cancelscalibrations.
8.Usingtheplus(+)andminus(-)symbols,enteratest
speedof5.6km/h(3.5mph),thenselecttheHome
icon.
9.Turnthesupervisor(rate-lockout)switchtothe
UNLOCKposition,andturnthemaster-boomswitch
totheONposition.
10.Usingtheapplication-rateswitch,adjusttheapplication
rateaccordingtothetablebelow.
