anengine-drivenmotor/generatorassembly,5cuttingreelmotors,amaincontactorusedtoenergizethe
system,andadditionalcircuitcontrolcomponents.
ConditionsforSettingtheFault
TheTEC-5002detectsall6individual48Vdcbusovervoltfaultsareactiveatthesametime.Theovervoltage
thresholdpointis67.5Vdc.
Note:ThisfaultcanoccuriftheTEC-5002losescommunicationwiththeM/Gandtheengineissetto
maximumrpm.Inthismode,theoperatorlosescontroloftheenginespeed.TheM/Gcommunicationissue
mustberesolvedbeforeattemptingtoxtheovervoltageissue.

Step1:Verifythatthefaultrepeats.
1.ClearthesystemfaultsfromtheInfoCenter.RefertoClearingFaultsfromtheInfoCenter(page21).
2.Operatethemachine.
